Sometimes the feely wins over the techy
I have been following this story because I used to watch Kim on TechTV doing segments on shows like The Screensavers. He was a happy fellow on the TV and I shared his enthusiasm for gadgets and gear. Even though I only “know” him through television, this family tragedy makes me sad. It is good to know his family survived and will recover fully from the events.
What strikes me most is how the blog community and the rest of the tech media community have really responded to this – helping organize resources and rescue attempts. All while being very respectful to the family.
