What a great workout I had today! After a busy day of mind work, it was nice
to work out the body as well. I am fortunate to have facilities at my work
so I don’t fall into the “get home and don’t go back out” mindset that I am
very prone to do.
Still missing my camera…if anybody sees it laying around, please let me
know. We are keeping its dinner warm.
