Not taking piano lessons means the piano goes unplayed.
I want to try to play it more. But, having the “pressure” of a lesson
does make a difference.

We had a blast at our annual OscarFest. Serving up Devils Food Wears Prada Cake with Ice Dream(girls), spicy crab dip with Little Miss Sunshine crackers as well as movie popcorn. Yum.
On the ballot voting, the winner was
- MM with 14 correct!
- Me with 13 correct!
- KW with 11 correct!
- KA with time to practice her autograph.
The kittens new favorite spot in the world. Smelling the universe and watching the birds. Hope the screen holds up.
One of our favorite spots in the world…the conversation pit at our dear friends house. We talk about anything and everything there…from the silly to the sublime. It is wonderful to have a spot like this in the world
After a great meal and then seeing Spamalot, it was off for ice cream at 11:30 pm!!! WooHoo

Spent the evening sitting with a friend who was in the hospital following major back surgery. I was pooped when I left so this was as good a photo as I could muster
Movie nite! Yea! We had fun watching Spellbound, the documentary on the National Spelling Bee. As I sat there trying to spell along with those kids, I realized that I was having a harder time with it that I would want to admit!!
