A just plain LOVELY afternoon. We just had take the MG out for a motoring excursion. There is a very nice park along the river so we bought some food and went out to sit by the water. Watched some bad softball and some good dog frisbee.
If you look really carefully, you will see little Maggie the MG peeking out from the parking lot on the left.
It was nice to charge up the MG battery as well as our own.
Friday night on the deck. It was good fun with Dr. M!! Check out the kitties glow in the dark expressions on the left.
How many minds does it take to figure out how to fit a 12 foot roll of paper into a Honda Civic?
Four it turns out. But, it did fit!!!
Spring Fling on campus today. This is always a fun day with clubs selling food, raising awareness on issues, climbing inflatable obstacles courses and more. Glad the rain held off to make it a little easier for the Student Life staff.
Caught my sister’s movie work on the big screen! We had to act fast because it will probably only play one week. We were extras one day and our big scene is the first one of the film. I saw my grandfather from the front and back and my mom from the back. I *THINK* I was in it but it was too hard to tell without pausing.
Ah, the DVD just cannot get released soon enough!!
Got into downtown for a dinner with a friend. It was a lovely evening and I ended up spending almost 5 hours sitting there on Margarita Monday!!! This sculpture is part of the country music heritage trail we have downtown. Lots happened here, it seems, in country music history.
We just KNEW Fidgert was cute. Who knew he was art? Found a new way to play with flickr pix. Zoom over to dumpr.net for such fun as creating museum pieces (like this one), instant “aging” of your prints, amazing circles (not sure but looks like an X-treme application of a circular motion blur filter, puzzle pieces from photos and more. Just what I needed..another time waster!
It’s SOFTBALL time again. I will probably be the team mom since our gloves are older than many of the players!! But, it was fun.
