The annual summer solstice party was today. Along with the second annual Cornhole tournament. Cornhole, you say? Yes, it is a game…with a real association. Beanbags, small wooden targets. It’s fun with a beer in your hand.

We are going to switch hosting providers. I’m going to start this weekend but I have a few days before this hosting plan ends. So, things might be strange for a few days while I move files. I also want to change templates so the look of this site might change while I try some on for size. We’ll see how it goes.
Went to the High Museum in Atlanta to see the Annie Leibovitz exhibit. Fantastic stuff. The scale ranged from 3″x5″ to HUGE landscapes (which were not our favorites). But, most were like those in the back…it was a mix of personal and professional portraits and images. We were glad to see them all.
Photography (as you can tell from this blog) is an important thing to us and this exhibit really cemented for me the importance of it to all families!
Pool Day! And, our pal came back from China and brought us this coooool kite. Straight from Tianamen Square. Can’t wait to give it whirl in the wind.
Let us out! We want to go outside!
I went to get the mail this evening and this is what I come back to at the front screen door. Pitiful, isn’t it?
Sorry for the delay..but this photo was taken with a different camera so I had to wait to get it from the camera owner. Yes, that is Cyndi Lauper’s back. Yes, I took the photo. No, it is not with a giant telephoto lens! She stood on our table and sang. It was a shock and awe moment. Thanks to our pal Brian (our bowling teammate) for hooking us up with tix.
