Up early this AM and off on the bikes. It was blissfully cool for mid-July. So, we went exploring the construction site that is right by our house and then explored if it was connected to the office park down the road (it was!). Now, until the gated community is actually gated, we can cut through there to go ride the bike/walking trail around the office park and avoid taking our life in our own hands when we try to ride around the area.
This is the view from my helmet…I just held the camera backwards on my head while I rode.

Chips is not quite sure what the big deal is about roasted corn on the cob. But, we do!!
After a hard day of work on the yard (yes, our house looks like we actually care a little bit now), it was time for dinner from the garden (well, the farmer’s market) Yum!

They are painting in my department at work. And new carpet over the weekend. Well, none of this affects MY office – because I’m actually moving to a new space at sometime in the next 12 months. But, looking at the lower right of this photo, you can see it is time for some freshening up around here.
But, things are pretty bare bones right now!
