I probably have an account dangling over there as well. It just never grabbed me, but that might have been more from a lack of trying on m part. I liked that you could store a cache of the site there in case it disappeared so that seemed like a great option for education to keep a wonderful, but tenuous, resource. Pinboard and Scuttle are both NOT social by design so if that was important, you would miss it. Since Pinboard grabs links that I favorite or tweet in Twitter, the next best thing would be to share a link with me in Twitter and if I did one of those actions, I would get it in my collection - much like the Delicious networks but actually a bit more auto-magical!
